The CC-GRP Pipe System is composed of a thermoset composite material which in similar formulations is used in other high technology application, such as airplane production. Comprised of fiberglass and unsaturated polyester resin as well as minerals for structural material in optimal grain-size distribution, the product is manufactured by meansof the Centrifugal Casting Process. The properties of this composite material are precisely defined by standards. Depending on the requirements of the particular application, CC-GRP Pipe Systems are exactly calculated and produced by varying the input of the different raw materials, layer thickness as well as rotational speed and temperature. Among other things, the Centrifugal Casting Process allows for a smooth, uniform and extremely abrasion-resistant special inner layer. The leadership is achieved by theever increasing precision in determining raw material properties as well as the always improving control of the production process. As a result, new applications for CC-GRP Pipe Systems are steadily being developed
